Meet Your Therapist

About Me

Ashley Brooks MOT, OTR/L, BCPR, CHT

I'm an Occupational Therapist (OT) with 12+ years of experience, specializing in orthopedic upper extremity care. I got my Master’s in Occupational Therapy (MOT) from the University of Florida back in 2012 and wrapped up my fellowship training at OrthoCarolina in 2018. I'm a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and Board Certified in Physical Rehabilitation (BCPR).

I love teaching and empowering people in how to take better care of their hands and arms! I've given professional lectures, co-authored a book chapter, and even snagged the American Society of Hand Therapists’ Emerging Hand Therapist award in 2023!

Beyond the professional stuff, I’m a busy parent to two amazing kiddos. I totally get the chaos and lack of self-care that comes with the territory. I’ll be your therapist, cheerleader, and advocate for getting back to being your best self.

Let's make life a bit easier and focus on taking care of you for a change!
